When do I need to RSVP by?

Christmas 2026, please — the sooner the better, since numbers drive everything else we're planning.

Are children invited?

Yes — the children invited are named in your invitation, and they'll appear in your party when you log in to RSVP.

What's the dress code?

Still deciding — we'll announce it here and in the guest portal well before the day. Expect “summer wedding” rather than “black tie”, and note it will likely be hot: late July in the Dordogne is usually around 30°C.

What will the glamping be like?

Proper beds under canvas in the venue grounds — full details, including what's provided and what to bring, will follow once we've confirmed everything with the suppliers.

I've lost my invite code

Email info@timandlauralea.co.uk and we'll send it again.

Can I change my RSVP later?

Yes — log back in with the same code any time before the deadline and update your answers. We'll also ask you to come back later to choose meals once the menu is set.

Gifts?

Your company for a whole weekend in France is genuinely the present. If you'd like to give something anyway, details will follow closer to the day.
